The thickest of Golden gels, Extra Heavy Gel Matte can greatly increase the body of acrylic colors when blended. This gel is excellent for holding peaks, creating thick textures, working with impasto techniques, and creating dramatic depth in a painting. It dries translucent when not mixed with color.
