The Graph Gear 1000 is a superior drafting pencil for technical drawing, professional and classroom work. The lead type can be easily identified with the twist-action lead hardness indicator. A dual-action retractor advances lead and retracts the pencil tip to protect lead from breaking. The pencil features a finely chiseled metallic grip inlaid with soft, latex-free pads, and a hinged pocket clip with finger control.
Each pencil is pre-loaded with Pentel Super Hi-Polymer HB lead that never needs sharpening, is super strong and produces a clear dark line. Cap pulls off to reveal eraser.
Barrels are accented with different colors depending on size: .3mm – Brown, .5mm – Gray, .7mm – Blue, .9mm – Yellow
