Hi-Uni Pencils are considered by many the finest in the world. This set of 22 graphite pencils contains the most complete range of grades available, from soft 10B to hard 10H. Using a patented production process with only earth's purest ingredients, the leads are creamy smooth. A unique ratio of only two components, graphite and clay, is what creates the hardness levels and pencil perfection.
The leads are encased in red cedar and precisely centered, so long-point sharpeners work beautifully. The pencils have a lacquer finish in wine red, a color in Japan that symbolizes luxury. Each pencil's grade is conveniently stamped on all six sides for quick identification.
