Fiskars Star Hand Paper Punch has a cushioned grip and punches through paper, plastic, craft foam, thin metal, felt, thin leather and many other materials. Great for making confetti and star shaped holes in tags. The soft grip material extends comfort, reduces hand fatigue, and increases control.
Punched stars are 1/4" and caught in the integrated receptacle.
