Soy Wax is a vegetable by-product, making it biodegradable and containing no fumes when heated. It is especially popular for candle-making, as a non-toxic wax that burns cleaner than paraffin.

Soy Wax has a low melting temperature and can be used for a gentle, cold water batik dye method. Wax easily washes out with hot water and soap. Wax comes in 1 lb. bags with a melting point of 150 degrees Fahrenheit.
