Higgins Black India Ink is made from micro-pulverized pigments suspended in a professional quality shellac solution. It is lightfast, waterproof ink that can be used with brushes, technical pens, dip-pens and airbrushes. When used on board and paper this ink will dry slowly to a beautiful semi-gloss finish. It creates a deep charcoal shade and is mixable with other inks. To produce infinite shades of black and transparent washes, simply dilute with water.
