Gessobord is a smooth painting surface for oil and acrylic media that eliminates the time-consuming step of applying and sanding gesso. Less absorbent than Claybord, the thick acrylic gesso ground is sanded to a fine finish and ready for any kind of application while remaining hard and durable. The 1/8" thick high-density hardboard is made from US grown and renewable Aspen wood fibers.
