Chinese Watercolors have unique properties that set them apart from other paints. The finely ground pigments are extraordinarily smooth and the binder is very strong, enabling the paints to stand up to many traditional Chinese painting techniques. Colors mix well with Chinese and sumi inks with smooth consistency. Some of the colors in this set are semi-transparent and some are opaque.
