L'Aquarelle was developed more than a century ago by Sennelier during the impressionist era. With a palette inspired by the colors in nature, these watercolors are made from the best pigments, Gum Arabic and honey. The honey adds incomparable brilliance and smoothness to the paint, while also acting as a preservative. This mix of natural ingredients produces colors that are luminous and rich, and blend perfectly to create subtle shades.
12 color set includes 10ml tubes in a metal tin. The colors include: Burnt Sienna, Ultramarine Deep, Phthalo Blue, Warm Sepia, Lemon Yellow, Sennelier Yellow Light, Sennelier Red, Opera Rose, French Vermilion, Payne's Grey, Phthalo Green Light and Forest Green.
