Rembrandt Soft Pastels are made of superior quality, finely ground pure pigments mixed with kaolin clay. Each stick is thoroughly blended and uniform to deliver loads of color with a velvety-smooth softness. Harder in consistency than many soft pastels, these sticks allow for more control and definition in your painting. All colors offers have the highest degree of lightfastness and are free of metal-based pigments (lead, cadmium and cobalt).
These pastels come in a heavy cardboard box with a foam bedding. Each set has 10 half stick pastels measuring 1-3/8" long with a 7/16" diameter. Made in The Netherlands.
