Use the Prismacolor Marker, Colorless Blender to blend both pencils and markers. These dual-ended markers are available with a Chisel tip/fine nib, and a flexible fiber Brush tip/bullet nib.
You may want to clean the marker between blending sessions, which can be done by simply scribbling on scrap paper until the color comes off the tip.
