4 cartridges per pack. If used with the Platinum Preppy Fountain Pen, we recommend cleaning your pen every 4 to 6 weeks during active use, and clean if leaving the pen idle for a week or longer. The pigment particles in this ink can cause clogging if allowed to dry out inside the pen.
