Milan Woodless Watercolor Pencils are made of 100% water-soluble lead, allowing you to paint on paper with various watercolor techniques. The pigment can be taken directly from the pencil with the tip of the included brush, and the lead can be wetted and then you can draw and/or paint on damp paper. The pencil can also be sharpened and use the dust and shavings to start your watercolor.
