Museum Aquarelle pencils offer the possibility of wielding a pencil with the strength and effects of professional watercolor. They can be applied dry or wet, but when dry the highly concentrated pigments offer complete solubility, as we demonstrate below. It doesn't take much to paint out the lines you've drawn, and the colors blend just like watercolors. The pencils lay down with a buttery softness and rich vibrant pigment. What we like best about these watercolor pencils, is that each of the 76 colors are individually formulated. They act more like watercolors than any other watercolor pencil we've seen!
