Caran d'Ache Neocolor I Sets feature superior quality permanent wax oil pastels. These water-resistant pastels can be used dry, heated for encaustic techniques, and for wax-resist techniques with watercolors. They're good for use on a wide variety of materials including paper, cardboard, glass, wood, leather, fabric, and stone.
