It is decorated in brocaded gilt metal thread with a seven-lobed shield, an artichoke-like botanical shape and tiny floral patterns. This is an eco-friendly, softcover journal made with 100% recycled binder board and acid-free, 100gsm sustainable forest paper. It features Smyth sewn binding, an accordion-style memento pouch that stores your loose papers, and a satin ribbon marker. The back endpaper contains information about the fascinating historical background for the original artwork.
