Octopus Fluids Fountain Pen Cleaner Set is an indispensable tool for cleaning and maintaining high-quality fountain pens and ensuring an unhindered flow of ink. The fountain pen cleaning fluid effortlessly and thoroughly removes even dried ink residue and is gentle on the feed, nib and seals. It is suitable for gently and thoroughly removing residues of water-soluble and waterproof fountain pen inks, as well as shimmer fountain pen inks. This product will NOT remove waterproof drawing inks, sketching inks, acrylic inks, alcohol-based inks, and india inks from fountain pens, as these inks are not suitable for the feed mechanism and will permanently damage fountain pens.
The set includes 100 ml cleaning fluid; 1 syringe with two hose adapters, suitable for fountain pens that use the standard international cartridge system (e.g. Retro51, Monteverde, Conklin, Visconti, Diplomat, Pineider, Ferris Wheel Press, Kaweco, etc.) as well as some fountain pens that use a brand-specific cartridge system (e.g. Lamy, Parker, Platinum, Sailor); and a blunt cannula for cleaning converters.
