Liquitex Natural Sand Gel Medium is a finely textured gel that dries to a glossy "beach sand" finish. Natural sand particles add structure to this 100% acrylic polymer. It is highly flexible and adhesive, will not chip or crack on canvas, and can be used on its own, mixed with color or overpainted once dry. It is very effective as a ground for acrylic and oil paints, oil pastel, pastel and graphite when delicate marks and blending are desired.
