Chipboard is a non-archival, affordable board with many uses. Made from 100 percent recycled fibers that are bonded together, chipboard is very durable. Sturdy and rigid with an uncoated smooth finish on both sides, it is popular for many creative projects, including scrapbooking, book arts, and mounting. More sturdy than construction paper and more dense than cardboard, it can be cut, painted on or covered with paper or fabric. Color may vary from that shown.
Available in three thicknesses: single .03 (1/32") and double .06 (1/16") are 30" x 40" sheets, and heavyweight .12 (1/8") are 32" x 40".
