Jack Richeson newsprint pads are a favorite for drawing with pencil, charcoal, pastels, crayons and markers. For sketching out concepts they have a heavy chipboard backing for pad support while working at an easel. Our customers prefer Richeson newsprint paper over other brands because it has a little more texture, thus picking up more pigment and showing sharper lines.
