W&N Artists' Acrylic Clear Gesso

Artists' acrylic gesso is made from an un-pigmented clear resin that provides excellent tooth but dries completely clear. Specially colored gesso primers can be created with just the addition of acrylic colors. Easily transform and produce a paintable surface with this clear gesso.

The gesso is fast drying and provides a balanced absorbency. It dries to a flexible ground that is well suited for acrylic, oil and alkyd painting. This versatile gesso can even create a pastel surface on paper.
