If any of our products fail to meet your expectations, you can simply return them within 60 days of receipt for a full refund. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) we will pay the return shipping costs.
To request a return please fill out the fields below. In the Details section please include the item(s) you would like to return with their accompanying Item Number that can be found on the Packing List included in the shipment.
Once your request has been submitted you will receive a prompt return confirmation email. The email will include where to send your return as well as a Return Authorization Number. All return items should be in new and unused condition to be eligible for a refund.
You should expect to receive your refund within two-three weeks of sending your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. We will notify you via email of your refund once we have recevied and processed the returned item(s).
